XSF Tutors main objective is to help students help themselves, and to assist or guide them to the point at which they become independent learners. XSF Tutors offer structured learning experience in a more individualized way. Through our mentoring program, we have a personal relationship with our students which give our tutors the guiding base to structure each student with its personalized learning process.

It also improves the student’s self-esteem, attitude toward subject matter, and academic performance as well as personal growth. In addition to that, our tutoring is a self-paced and self-directed learning process. We will continue a particular subject or subject matter until the student is confident and successful in the learning process. We will also encourage our students to express their opinions surrounding all subjects.
